Nature of Service

The services offered by Nox Tarot are classified as personalized intellectual and artistic goods. Each reading is unique, requiring the reader's time, energy, and exclusive dedication to the querent at the time of the request.

No Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized and immediate nature of the service provided, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS after the purchase is completed or the reading is performed.

By purchasing any reading or digital product on our site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is consumed at the moment the reading is generated or sent.
  • It is not possible to "return" a tarot reading once the knowledge and interpretation have been transmitted.
  • Unsatisfactory results or results that do not match the querent's personal expectations do not constitute grounds for a refund. Tarot is a tool for guidance and self-knowledge, and interpretations may vary.

Exceptions

We will consider exceptions to this policy only in the following extraordinary circumstances:

  • Proven Technical Failure: If, due to a proven error in our system, you do not receive your product or reading after payment and support cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Charge: If there is a payment processing error resulting in a duplicate charge for the same service.
